How do I Order?
We want you to find ordering from Essex Interiors as simple as possible. If at any time you have a query, we're on the end of the phone Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm and Saturdays 9am to 1pm.
Here's how the online ordering process works:
- Browse the website and choose the items you'd like to buy.
- Give us a call on 01708 206 488 to check stock availability and delivery time.
- If you're happy with everything, add your selected items to your online basket.
- When you've finished adding the items you want, click 'view basket' or click the shopping cart icon at the top of the screen.
- Add any discount code you have.
- Calculate your shipping cost by entering your country, county and postcode. Delivery to Essex and some surrounding areas is free of charge. Select the appropriate option then update total.
- Next, click Proceed to Checkout where you can check out as a guest without registering an account, or you can register an account to make it easier when you come back in the future.
- Follow the instructions on screen through to payment and order review. You will be able to clearly see your progress as you work through each stage.
- That's it! You'll receive an order confirmation by email and an update on your delivery date and estimated time. If you have any queries at any stage of the process - before, during or after - don't hesitate to call us on 01708 206 488.
You can also order by telephone. Just select your items and call us on 01708 206 488 where we'll let you know stock availability and estimated delivery times. We'll take your payment and if you have an email address we'll send you a written confirmation.
